Welcome to West Deeping Parish Council

The Parish Council meets at least four times a year.

Under normal circumstances, all meetings of the Parish Council and the Annual Parish Meeting are held in the Village Hall, King Street, West Deeping. Whilst Government restrictions regarding public meetings applied, 'virtual' meetings have been held using Microsoft Teams.

Parish Council Meetings are usually held in the evening, commencing at 7 p.m. and it is our current intention to continue to do so in the future. However, due to the limited availability of both the village hall and some councillors, we may consider afternoon meetings as an alternative on certain occasions. The meetings start with a public forum where residents are welcome to come along to raise issues and discuss any concerns that they have about the parish.

The Annual Parish Meeting is usually held in May followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
