The Parish Council meets at least four times a year.
Under normal circumstances, all meetings of the Parish Council and the Annual Parish Meeting are held in the Village Hall, King Street, West Deeping.
Parish Council Meetings are usually held in the evening, commencing at 7pm. However, due to the limited availability of both the village hall and some councillors, we may consider afternoon meetings as an alternative on certain occasions.
Residents are welcome to come along to raise issues and discuss any concerns that they have about the parish. Please notify the Clerk prior to a meeting of any matters you would like to discuss.
The Annual Parish Meeting is usually held in May followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
