WEST DEEPING ANNUAL PARISH MEETING Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 7pm
in the Village Hall
We have arranged our Annual Parish Meeting for the above date.
The purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting is to provide a platform for all of our residents to express their views and raise any matters which they would like councillors to consider and to deal with.
There will be no strict agenda but the matters we intend to cover include:-
• Chairman’s Report and Financial Report for year ended 31st March 2026
• Mineral Extraction
Residents can raise any other matters they wish to during the meeting or can raise them in advance by contacting Michelle Dickens, Parish Clerk at wdparishclerk@gmail.com or by telephone – 07702 626253.
Some parish councils only allow residents to participate at their Annual Parish Meeting but we have always had an ‘open door’ policy and allow any matters to be raised at all our Parish Council Meetings throughout the year. We have introduced an ‘Open Forum’ item at the start of the agenda of all our meetingsspecifically for this purpose so, if you are unable to attend this Meeting, you will have further opportunities to mention any concerns that you have to us.
Cllr Glenn Fuller, the current Chairman of the Parish Council, will chair the Annual Parish Meeting and all other parish councillors are expected to be present.
Everybody is welcome and we encourage you to join us and hope that you will participate in this Meeting. We place great importance on making sure you are aware of what we do and hope that you will let us know if there is anything that you think we should be dealing with on behalf of the village.
